Privacy Policy

This site is a fan-made guide to Nintendo Switch Sports Resort. We do not ask for a Nintendo Account, an eShop password, or any payment details, and there is no login or comment system to register for.

Analytics and session replays. We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and basic interactions (outbound clicks, reading depth). It records a truncated IP-derived location, device type, browser, referring page and the pages you visit. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session replays and heatmaps: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and the page layout you saw. Clarity is configured to mask keystrokes on forms, and this site has no login, comment box or payment field to type into. Both tools can be blocked with any content blocker or with Google's own opt-out add-on; the site works the same either way.

Advertising. Display ads are served by third-party ad networks inside separate frames. Those networks may set their own cookies or use device identifiers to limit repeat ads. We do not receive or store the personal data they collect. Ad frames are isolated from the page, so we cannot see clicks inside them.

Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention, retained for a short operational window.

External links. Pages link to nintendo.com and official Nintendo video channels, and occasionally to other public sources we cite. Once you leave this site, the destination's own privacy policy applies.

Children. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact the site operator and it will be removed.

Changes. If the services used here change, this page is updated with a new effective date rather than silently rewritten.
